About Evan Lindeman

Evan has been in and around the real estate industry from a young age. He has worked in property management, home purchasing, and in renovation. While new as a loan officer, Evan has a love and strong desire for the loan process. He enjoys the personal relationships he creates with his clients and has a unique ability to make each one feel as much like family as possible. In addition to his career as a loan officer, Evan is also a commercial airline pilot for the fifth largest airline in the USA. He is a training captain which duties include training new pilots to fly complex aircraft around the country. In his spare time, he enjoys spending true quality time with his two kids and wife. He also enjoys spending time scuba diving and any activity he can get time with that is outdoors.

• Signed Authorization Form (download here)
• Copy of your mortgage Note (example can be seen here). You would have received this at your last loan closing.
• Copy of your home owners insurance declarations page. You may also just email me the contact number and name for your insurance agent.
• Copy of each borrowers driver's license. If your social security number is not listed on this ID then I will need your SS card(s)
• Copy of your mortgage statement or online print out for the month. (Does not need to be the most recent, but that is preferred)
• If a FL, NM, OH or TX property a copy of your property survey (example can be seen here). You would have received this at your last loan closing.
