Utah's only state veterans cemetery serves as the final resting place for many of our state's veterans and servicemembers.
We usually pick one Saturday each summer as the day we volunteer to tidy up an area of the cemetery and the attached Memorial Park. Our employees and their families willingly get up early to spend hours picking up trash, weeding flower beds, and otherwise beautifying the park.
In addition to our summer cleanup, we've also been honored to get invited to perform other services at the cemetery, such as gathering the flags placed by each veteran's grave for Veterans Day.
